FAQ’s

How do I get started?

Find a place where you can be uninterrupted and spend at least 10 minutes on each pillar

W- think about you wish- think about 5 goals for each area. It could be as big or as little as you want. This is for YOU not for anyone else.

O- think about the best outcome – REALLY think about how you will feel once the desired goal has been accomplished.

O- consider potential obstacles- what is it within you that’s holding you back from fulfilling your wish? Identify your main inner obstacle and take a moment to imagine it fully.

P- Identify what you can do to overcome that obstacle and make a plan

Example-

Let’s say one of your goals for health is to run for 30 minutes 3 times a week – make sure the goal is achievable.

Sit and think about how good you’ll feel after you’ve accomplished this after 3 months and not to mention how amazing you’ll look.

Now think about what could get in the way. You might be too tired to get up in the morning or it might be too cold outside. Although it is more appealing to stay in your warm bed on a Saturday morning, think about what it is in you that’s stopping you from getting up and putting those running shoes on.

Now think about how you will overcome that obstacle.

Once you’ve done this, write your goal on the Mindset Planner. Look at it every day and don’t forget to think about the outcomes, however, be prepared for the obstacles.
